Infrastructure Upgrades - Production/Live Systems - November 21-23, 2025 Nov 21, 2025 23:00 - Nov 23, 2025 23:00 EST
This upgrade will affect Production systems for the Legal Accounting platform.
Customers also using Practice Management via integration will not be able to access Practice Management.
How to prepare:
You will not have access to the system during the update periods, so it is crucial to save any work before the maintenance windows start.
On-Premise customers:
Please note you will not be impacted during these upgrade windows, however we will be reaching out with further information for you in the next week about similar upgrades.
