Update -
In a continuation of yesterday’s communication, we’re continuing to investigate an issue impacting Canadian NetDocs users.
Our Engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue. Requests being sent from Actionstep to NetDocuments are being rejected because the format of the data being sent does not match the expected request type on the NetDocuments side. As a result, otherwise valid requests are failing and returning errors.
Our Engineering team is actively working on a fix. While we don’t yet have an ETA, we will provide updates throughout the day. We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we work to restore full functionality.

We understand this is taking longer than typical, and for that, we apologize.

Update -
Actionstep Legal Accounting is fully operational. We are, however, continuing to investigate an issue impacting customers in Canada who use NetDocuments.
Our Engineering team has identified the most likely cause as a change within the NetDocuments Canadian API environment, which is resulting in previously valid Legal Accounting requests returning HTTP 400 errors. Work is actively underway to address this.
While we don’t yet have a confirmed ETA, we will continue to provide updates throughout the day. We appreciate your patience and will share further information as soon as it becomes available.
