We are writing to inform that our team is aware of an outage affecting the Actionstep Legal Accounting system that began at 3:45 PM Eastern Time. Specifically, this issue is preventing two-factor authentication (2FA) emails from being sent to customers and preventing login to the Legal Accounting system.
Our team is investigating this as the highest priority and will work to restore access to the system urgently.
