The earlier issues impacting the platform have now been fully resolved.
These included: 500 errors and delays while generating PDFs during the billing process. General performance slowness across various parts of the platform. Extended loading times and dashboard access issues, including pages getting stuck while loading. 500 errors when accessing the bank reconciliation page Conflict search

Monitoring
We are still receiving some reports from users that though access has been restored, they cannot generate bills, cannot do conflict searches and cannot open files at all. Users might get a 502 and 504 gateway time out errors.
Our Engineering team are currently monitoring and troubleshooting these errors. We will update this status page once this is completely fixed and stable.
