Our Engineering team are still actively investigating and working to resolve these known issues:
1. Server Notification Errors – This is currently affecting PDF generation, reporting, dashboards, and heatmap functionality. 2. Session Errors – Some users may experience intermittent session-related errors during use. 3. 500 Internal Server Error – A subset of users may encounter a 500 error, which can appear as an inability to log in or as a licensing-related issue. "No licenses are available" or "database is read only" error messages. The team is actively working to restore access as quickly as possible for the affected firm. 4. Exporting to PDF/Excel format is not automatically appearing in the downloads file. While some firms are reporting improvements, this is still currently being worked on by the team.

Here are the 3 pending issues still being worked on.
1) Server Notification Errors - which impact PDFs, Reporting, Dashboards and Heatmap 2) Session Errors for some users 3) There is also an internal 500 Server Error effecting some users. - which may display as user unable to log in due to licensing issues.
RESOLVED : MICR Cheque Printing issue is now resolved but we are still monitoring. No action is required on users side, it should just work normally on your next print.

As of 12:00 PM EST - our team has identified 3 major issues impacting users.
1) PDF/Notification Server Issues, which also impacts Dashbaords, Heatmaps and Reporting. 2) Session not recognized errors, which may boot users from the system 3) MICR Cheques are not generating properly.

At 10:20 AM on November 24, 2025, we have identified an issue with PDFs and Reports not generating. This also effects the Dashboard and Heat Maps. Our Dev team is currently investigating the issue and there is no current ETA for resolution.
